Terms of Service

Buscilia is a community business directory platform that allows organisations (Community Administrators) to create private, invitation-only directories where members can list their businesses or professional services.

• You must be 18 years or older to create a community or list a business.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or listing.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

Community Administrators are responsible for:

• Managing member access and listing approvals within their community
• Ensuring their community complies with these Terms and applicable laws
• Paying subscription fees on time to maintain access to the platform
• Not using Buscilia to operate a directory that facilitates unlawful activity

• Listings must accurately represent a real business or professional service.
• Listings must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms without notice or refund.
• Edited listings are returned to admin review before going live again.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Listing fees are charged at the time of submission and are non-refundable once approved.
• If a subscription payment fails, the community will enter a grace period during which the directory remains visible. If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, access will be suspended.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

• Community Administrators may cancel their subscription at any time from their billing settings.
• After cancellation, the directory remains accessible for 30 days to allow members to export their data.
• After 30 days, the directory is taken offline and data may be deleted.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice.
• Members may delete their own account at any time from their profile settings.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Buscilia (listings, logos, photos). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within your community directory for the purpose of operating the service.

The Buscilia platform, branding, and software are owned by El Khoury Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 34 694 945 143) and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, El Khoury Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 34 694 945 143) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Buscilia, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Your use of Buscilia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Community Administrators of material changes via email with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect. Continued use of Buscilia after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
