Is Buscilia really free?
Yes. Setting up and running your community directory costs nothing. Buscilia only earns money when your members pay listing fees — we take 20% of each payment automatically.
What if I want free listings for members?
Just set your listing fee to $0. Members can list for free and Buscilia doesn't charge anything. You can change this at any time.
How does the 20% commission work?
When a member pays a listing fee, Buscilia automatically deducts 20% and transfers the remainder to your Stripe account. For example, a $50 listing fee earns you $40.
Do I need to connect Stripe?
Only if you want to charge listing fees. If listings are free, there's no need to connect Stripe. You can always connect later when you're ready.
What's the minimum listing fee?
The minimum listing fee is $10.00. You can set different fees for Business and Professional listing types, and offer monthly or annual payment options.
Can I change my listing fee later?
Yes. When you update the fee, all approved members are automatically notified by email with the old and new prices.
